About the Team
Balázs Ignácz
Born and raised in Nyíregyháza, in Eastern Hungary, Balázs is a third year finance and accountancy student, specialising in taxation. He completed an internship at Dreher Breweries as a finance-control intern last year. Balázs is open to new people and new experiences, and likes playing sports more than watching them. Although NIBS is his first international case competition, he is very excited to test his mettle against world-class competition. He plans to pursue a career as a tax advisor.
Nikolett Gyürki
Nikolett was born and raised near Budapest. She is a fourth-year finance and accountancy student. In the summer of 2018, she completed an internship as an accounting assistant for a Hungarian SME. That same year, she gained international and intercultural experience thanks to an Erasmus exchange semester at the Catholic University of Lille in France. In her spare time, Nikolett enjoys travelling, hiking, and sewing.
Csenge Szabó
Csenge is a third-year Tourism and Hospitality student, focused on hospitality and economics. A fan of the social sciences, she completed her first bachelor’s degree in July 2019 and brings strengths in in survey statistics and data analysis. Although Csenge has participated in several case competitions in Hungary, her first international experience was at the Solver’s Cup in August 2019. She has a passion for sports and Italian cuisine, and plans to pursue a career as a data analyst in economics.
Gergő Galambos
Born and raised in Budapest, Gergő is a third-year economics student, focused on tourism and catering. As a child he wanted to be a football player, a sports reporter, and a world traveler, making finding the right academic program a challenge. Happily, he is pleased with his choice, along with his decision to participate in case competitions. In the future he plans to work in business and gain work experience outside Hungary.
Zsolt Ábrahám (Coach)
Zsolt is the co-founder and CEO of Case Solvers, a startup company in the field of education. A former case competitor, he previously worked as a management consultant for Roland Berger and IFUA Horvath & Partners. Besides managing Case Solvers, Zsolt trains professionals from around the world to develop problem-solving skills using the case method. He has held corporate and student training seminars in 15+ countries from the UK to India. He is currently completing his doctoral thesis, focused on different applications of the case method.
