Born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Cedric moved to Montréal to pursue his post-secondary education. He is a 3rdyear Finance student with a minor in Data Intelligence. During his studies, Cedric served as Director of Marketing for the John Molson Sports Business Conference, the largest student-run sports business conference in North America. He has also competed at the Inter Collegiate Business Competition(ICBC) in strategy. Cedric currently manages a local bar, Thursdays, and enjoys programming and watching hockey in his free time.
Isabela J Jadzinsky Waksman
Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Isabela is a 4thyear Bachelor of Commerce student with a focus in International Business and Finance. During her university career, Isabela held internship positions at Brain Reach/Mission Cerveau and Bombardier Aerospace. She was a member of JMSB’s International Business team for Jeux du Commerce Central (JDCC) 2018 and also represented the school as a part of the Digital Strategy team for JDCC 2019. In her free time, Isabela practices Shotokan Karate and enjoys reading a good mystery novel.
William is a third year Marketing and Accounting student at the John Molson School of Business, where he is involved as Director of the John Molson Marketing Association’s first year representative program. He is also an academic delegate of his school’s Case Competition Committee with whom he placed 3rd during the provincial Jeux du Commerce (JDC)this year. Outside of school, William takes pride in his fundraising work with an NPO called Face à Face, as well as in the exceptional quality of his homebrewed beers.
Arad Andrew Banis
As a third year John Molson School of Business accounting student, Arad has remained involved with the Engineers Without Borders and the Accounting Association. He has competed in his discipline of study at Brock University Accounting Competition (BUAC) and Inter Collegiate Business Competition (ICBC). With internships in the federal government and SNC Lavalin as a financial analyst, Arad is now taking a leap into the field of audit with PwC. In his free time, Arad seeks to exercise his creativity through cooking, or challenges his colleagues in friendly chess matches.
Tania Konczynski (Coach)
Tania graduated from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, in 2005 and competed (and won!) the NIBS competition in Rennes, France that same year. She is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for JOVACO Solutions, a Microsoft Partner and has worked in other IT firms throughout her career. Tania has helped coach the NIBS team since graduating from her executive MBA at the University de Québec à Montréal in 2014.
Haig Tachejian (Coach, not pictured)
Haig graduated from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, in 2012. He competed at the NIBS competition in Rotterdam that same year and placed overall 3rd with his team. Haig joined the Air Liquide group upon graduation and currently works for the company’s subsidiary Airgas as a senior financial analyst. Haig has helped coach the NIBS team since graduation and enjoys cycling and volunteering in his free time.
