

About the Team
Jonathan MILLER. Born in the UK, Jonathan is a second-year student studying Business Management. He is a member of MMU’s business case competition team focusing on the strategy side of the case. Jonathan has previously competed for the university at case competitions in Denmark, Romania and most recently Canada where he and his team reached the final. He plans to work in the consultancy sector focusing on strategy. Among other interests, Jonathan is an avid fan of football and supports Manchester United.
Nancy FOXALL. Born and raised in Shropshire, Nancy is a second-year Marketing student. She has represented MMU in international case competitions in Denmark and The Netherlands, experiences that have strengthened her confidence and presentation skills. As Course Representative, Nancy advocates for her peers by sharing their feedback with faculty to improve the student experience. She also serves as an Outreach Ambassador, engaging with students aged 6–18 across Manchester to provide insight into university life. Alongside her studies, Nancy has worked as a freelance social media manager, gaining practical experience in digital content creation.
Violeta ZABROVSKI. Violeta moved to England from Israel when she was 16 and jumped straight into English intensive ESOL course. She embraced the challenge and is currently in her second year of an Accounting and Finance degree. Violeta is passionate about how theory applies to real-world problems. She has competed in many international case competitions, and has represented MMU in the Netherlands, Romania, and Canada, Beyond classes, Violeta has enjoyed stepping into leadership roles, such being a class representative and a peer mentor She is passionate about sustainability and volunteers in activities such as planting trees locally on a weekend. Looking ahead, Violeta is excited to start her career, ideally in a role that combines her analytical skills with teamwork and a positive impact. She is eager to learn, contribute, and see where this path takes her.
Max O’HARE. Max is a second year Banking & Finance student at MMU preparing to join the Tech M&A team at Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank and advisor for technology deals. He is half Swedish and half English but grew up in Spain. Max runs the Alpha Investments society, a student-led group that helps bridge the gap between textbooks and the real world through peer-to-peer learning. He enjoys international competitions and has represented MMU in competitions in the Netherlands, Canada and Romania. When not studying, he is usually reading fiction books or doing cardio. Fun fact: Max once sold a beat to Universal Music that has racked up more than 10 million streams across different platforms.
- Konstantina (Dina) LITSIOU (Coach). Dina joined MMU in 2019, after serving as an Associate Lecturer at Salford Business School and an Adjunct Associate Professor in marketing across Europe. She has professional experience as a consultant for the Greek Ministry of Finance and Economics and in public relations, advertising, communication, and consultancy in the UK and Greece. Dina is International Lead for the Department of Marketing, International Business and Tourism and a visiting researcher at Durham Business School’s Forecasting Laboratory. She holds a PhD from Salford University. Her research focuses on judgmental forecasting of megaproject success, with publications in leading international journals.
