About the Team

Shauna TOOLAN.  Born in Dublin, Shauna, 22, is in her final year of Marketing studies. She enjoys hard work and seeing the world. Over the last three years, Shauna has visited 7 European countries, along with southeast Asia. Her most recent adventure was working and living in Chicago over the summer. Shauna is grateful for these experiences, which have shaped the person she is today. Shauna has always had a passion for marketing and is working as a micro brand ambassador for the visa company associated with students travelling and working in America.

Áine CAFFREY.  Born in Dublin, Ireland, Áine is currently in her final year of Bachelor’s studies in Marketing. She is planning to pursue a Master’s degree in International Business.  During the summer, Áine spent time volunteering in Quepos, Costa Rica, where she worked with children in need. Her role involved setting up summer camps and assisting in a local school. She describes this experience as one of the most rewarding and meaningful of her life. In addition to her academic and volunteer work, Áine has a wide range of interests, including travel, learning about different cultures, and global business trends. She also enjoys wellbeing, social media and digital marketing, and spending time working with and supporting others.

Patricia MCGRATH.  Patricia is a final-year marketing student who enjoys reading and going for walks. She lives in the countryside near the Wicklow mountains where she regularly goes for hikes. Patricia has a Vinted account where she buys and sells secondhand clothing, something she loves to do because it helps her with shopping while helping the planet. Jane Austen is her favourite author; she is currently reading Northanger Abbey and will soon have read nearly all of Jane Austen’s novels. Patricia spent the summer of last year teaching sailing. Next year she hopes to pursue her passion of Marketing and step into the job market.

Ciara MCTEIGUE. Ciara is a final-year Marketing student with a passion for strategic marketing and brand development. She lives on a dairy farm, which inspired a deep love for the Irish countryside and underscored the importance of a sustainability and authentic, country-of-origin branding. Ciara recently spent a summer in Boston and enjoyed island-hopping in Greece and travel across Europe. She particularly loves exploring Ireland, whose diverse regions have strengthened her appreciation for Irish culture, rural communities, and local businesses. Alongside her studies, Ciara has worked in the hospitality sector and is captain of her football team, a role that has enhanced her ability to motivate others, perform under pressure, and collaborate effectively. She is eager to pursue a career in marketing with an international focus.
