About the Team

Seth DOCKENDORFF.  Seth is a fourth-year Business Administration student at the University of Prince Edward Island with a minor in History. He is interested in career paths that allow him to integrate business and historical perspectives. His experience includes research and event management roles, most recently contributing to projects for a local non-profit organization.

Luciana QUIROA PAREDES.  Luciana is a fourth-year BBA student with experience in communication, client relations, project management, event planning, and CRM database management. Her university involvement has included leading strategic projects, managing social media content, and supporting university-wide initiatives. She has also worked with the Province of Prince Edward Island in project management for the Chief Public Health Office. Luciana is interested in pursuing a career in consulting, strategy, or client relations, where she can apply her detail-oriented and analytics-focused approach to complex business challenges.

Rio CRYSTAL.  Rio is a student leader with aspirations to become a social entrepreneur and philanthropist focused on creating sustainable, community-centered solutions. As Co-President of Enactus UPEI, Rio has led impact-driven initiatives and earned third place in the Sustainability Competition at Enactus Nationals, reflecting a strong commitment to positive social change.

Vivian UMUNNA.  Vivian is a third-year Business Administration student specializing in Accounting and plans to pursue the CPA designation. She has over two years of customer service experience and is recognized for her strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments. Vivian has been honoured with a “Customer Service Star” award for service excellence.


  • Jingen (Lena) LIANG (Coach).  Lena is an assistant professor at UPEI’s McDougall Faculty of Business. Her research focuses on tourism, marketing, and consumer behaviour. In the classroom, she enjoys creating meaningful experiential learning opportunities for students. Lena is a strong advocate of experiential learning through case competitions, applied projects, and community engagement. As a case competition coach, she has found particular fulfillment in supporting students as they develop problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation skills while tackling real-world challenges and emerging as confident, impact-oriented leaders.
